World Book and Copyright Day is commemorated each year on April 23 to promote the awareness and benefits of reading. The theme for World Book and Copyright Day 2022 is “Read, so you never feel low.” Reading for both leisure and academic purposes increases literacy and inspires further research, hence building more knowledge. In view of this, BUAN Library joins the world in commemorating this day by celebrating and recognizing BUAN authors/ writers, for their valuable contribution towards knowledge building.
The Library therefore runs an exhibition of books, book chapters and articles written by BUAN authors/ writers, published between 2020 and 2022. The exhibition runs from 15th June 2022 to 19th June 2022. The purpose of the exhibition is not only for dissemination and awareness, but to encourage BUAN community to read and benefit from content published by fellow colleagues.
