How to Protect yourself

COVID-19 has no cure and as such preventative measures are key to prevent infection and to slow transmission of COVID-19.

  •  Thoroughy and properly wash your hands regularly with soap and clean water, or clean them with alcohol-based hand rub/sanitizer.
  • Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing (use a tissue or flexed elbow). Properly dispose off the tissue in the bin and immediately wash your hands.
  • Avoid close contact and maintain at least 2 metres distance between you and other people.
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell.
  • Refrain from smoking and other activities that weaken the lungs.
  • Practice physical distancing by avoiding unnecessary travel and staying away from large groups of people.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Most importantly, follow advices from the Government and Health Official on Covid-19 an avoid spreading FALSE information about the virus.
